Application method:
(1Automatic sieving machine should be used with the matching of concentrated powder supply tank and automatic powder return device
(2) Automatic sieving machine must work asynchronously with powder return device. When powder return device stop working, cut off the power supply of sieving machine.
(3)air overflow port connected to coating booth with a soft tube, powder return port connect to powder return device to receive powder, powder outlet connected to the concentrated powder supply tank with soft tube, to send the sieved powder back to powder supply system.
(4) Automatic sieving machine can be used by both the secondary stage powder recovery system and single stage powder recovery system, typical usage method as below:
