A: Normally, samples will be charged and sent out by freight collect. But, for some stock items, we can offer you free samples, but the freight should be paid by your side.

 

Q: What is the delivery time of a sample?

A: 1-3 days with our neutral package.

 

Q:  Can you have our logo or company name to be printed on your product or package?

A: Sure. Horus could not only produce its own brand and design, but also accept OEM and ODM service, which means design specifications of products can be customized to meed clients' requirement. This offer can be provided according to quantity of purchase.

 

Q: Are you the factory or trading company?

A: We have our own factory, you can get all with factory price.

 

Q: What is the delivery time for 1,000pcs?

A: 15 days for normal requirement, 30 days or more for special material or process.

 

Q: What's the term of the delivery?

A: EXW, FOB, CIF etc.

 

Q: What's the warranty period?

A: 12 months.
