Multifunction Corn/Maize grits making machine
Multi-function corn /maize peeling and grits making machine is one kind of multi-functional corn milling machine, which not only can process corn grits, but also make corn into flour; the users can get finished products with different sizes by changing the screen/sieves according to demands.
Compose: it is mainly composed of peeling/dehulling system,grits making system, three separating system,clutch System,fan blade, machine base.
This small type machine is designed for household of individual business to make grits and meal from corn. Feed corn(should be clean and de-hulled) into the hopper and corn will be crushed by cone mill inside. Supplies will be carried to sifting part on the right. There are three types of sieve equipped there where supplies will be sifted and graded. With three outlets for two types of grits(coarse and fine) and one type of flour, it can make good quality grits and flour with little power consumption.

1.Remove light dirty particles such as straw, leaves, soil,etc.
2.Remove maize seed skin, germ, root and hilum, and get clean maize kernel.
---Maize grits milling part
1. Adjust a handwheel to decide what sizes of grits to produce.
2. Crush peeled maize into different sizes of grits
---Grading part
1. There are two sieves, one metal grits sieve and nylon flour sieve.
2. Crushed maize grits go through grits sieve and flour sieve.
3. The sieves grade maize into three products: one big size grits, one smaller size grits and endosperm maize flour.
