High Efficiency Animal Feed Pellet Rotary Screener
The Rotary type seiving machine has the following features:
1). It's the ideal cleaning, shifting and grading equipment for the granule and powder material in feed pellet mill. Also popular used in pre-cleaning of raw material, intermediate products
grading after the second crushing in feed factory.
2).The rotary screender is mainly used for the large, middle size animal feed factory. Also the grain, food, chemical industry, etc,.
3).The inner structure of discharging hole adopts streamlined design, the materials can not be deposited, avoided cross contamination.
4). Improved steel wire rope to provide wearing.
5). V-belt driving, lengthen the wearing lifetime.
6). Enhanced engine base which guarranteed the machine move more stably.
7). It adopts special balancing method so that the inertia forces of different direction can be
offset during movement; therefore , the vibration is small and the niose is low.

1) Crusher----To crush the raw material into powder.
2) Mixer -------To make all kinds of powder mixed evenly.
3) Pellet Mill----To make many kinds of feed pellet.
4) Cooler------ To reduce the temperature of the pellet.
5) Screener-----To classify the pellet and mash material which is not made to pellet successfully.
6) Packaging-- After cooling the feed pellet, we could package it.
4. Package Delivery:
All our exported equipments are all firstly wrapped by the stretch film in case of scraping and then fixed in the iron pallet in case of shaking heavily in the container.
